Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original display box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Label & Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece for quality assurance, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
